All grapes come from the farm and are hand picked and hand sorted. 100% Shiraz. 4 hours skin contact. Alcohol 13%. Transparant bottle with screw cap. Only 2120 bottles. A dry, full bodied rose. A dark salmon colour with a bouquet of fresh strawberries. Several layers of berries on the palate with a peppery (shiraz!) after taste. Perfect for fresh fish dishes, salads and pastas. To be enjoyed now and in 1-2 years time.
