Description
All grapes come from the farm and are hand picked and hand sorted. Matured for 16 months in 2nd fill French oak 300 litre barrels. Alcohol 14%. Heavy 438 bottle with Diam 5 cork. Only 2120 bottles. Deep ruby red colour, with notes of plumbs and milk chocolate on the nose.
The blend of dark red fruit and wood comes together on the palate with a long lingering after taste. Perfect for meat dishes or on its own. To be enjoyed now and in 3-4 years time.
