Description
All grapes come from the farm and are hand picked and hand sorted. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Shiraz (40%). Un-oaked blend with the body of wooded wine. Alcohol 14.5%. 1207 bottle with screw cap. Only 1840 bottles. An elegant, well-balanced red blend with an intense plum-red colour. A warm bouquet of boiled sweets, cassis and a hint of candy floss. On the palate, a rich black current flavour finishes with accents of black pepper. To be enjoyed now and in 2-3 years time.
